תיאור המשרה:Professional Services Manager – Infrastructure, DevOps, Cyber - Networking 📍 Location: Haifa, Israel We are looking for a highly experienced Professional Services Manager to lead a group of technical experts across infrastructure, DevOps, networking, and cybersecurity domains. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of end-to-end delivery processes in complex, fast-paced, and multi-stakeholder environments. You will manage team leads, ensure cross-functional alignment, and oversee delivery excellence from design to implementation. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage team leads within the Professional Services organization Own and drive the delivery of complex technology projects – from planning through execution and handover Act as a central coordination point between R-D, infrastructure, integration, clients, and partners Manage multi-stakeholder projects in a multidisciplinary and dynamic environment Ensure operational excellence via quality control, resource planning, and KPI tracking Handle real-time escalations, risk mitigation, and promote continuous improvement
דרישות:Requirements 8+ years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary IT projects 8+ years of experience leading technical teams or team leads Strong technical background in systems, networking, and cybersecurity – must Relevant certifications – strong advantage: CCNA / CCNP / CCIE MCSA / MCSE Ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams and organizational levels Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and leadership capabilities 🎯 Ready to lead delivery in a fast-paced, high-impact environment?
