We are looking for a Recruitment - HR Manager — a dynamic professional who combines deep expertise in people management, recruitment leadership, and business understanding, with a passion for innovation and technology. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists Manage end-to-end recruitment processes – from profiling and sourcing to onboarding Partner closely with senior managers and clients as a trusted HR and recruitment advisor Oversee HR processes across teams and projects: employee lifecycle, engagement, performance, and retention Ensure compliance with Israeli labor laws and company policies Develop and implement innovative, data-driven, and AI-based recruitment strategies Drive process improvement, KPI tracking, and operational excellence within the team Support the establishment of HR and recruitment infrastructures (RPO / HR HUB) for growing organizations
דרישות:Requirements 10+ years of experience in recruitment (technology and business roles) – must Proven managerial experience leading recruitment teams – must Strong knowledge of Israeli labor law and employee relations Excellent business acumen and communication skills Hands-on expertise in sourcing tools, ATS systems, and HR analytics Forward-thinking mindset with innovation and technology orientation Bachelor's degree – required; Master's degree – advantage Why HR Home?
